MY STORY
As a 30-something year old Italian woman who spent her adult life in 3 different countries, and as a language coach with 10+ years of experience teaching foreign languages, I have developed a unique perspective.
I believe that the language we speak impacts the way we think, and that our thoughts shape our reality. If you CHANGE YOUR LANGUAGE, you can alter your programming and ultimately CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
Learning a new language can be daunting, though: so much information, too many resources to choose from, so many contrasting “proven methods” … My mission is to help adult learners of all ages cut through the noise and achieve fast results.
When I started working as an Italian language coach, I simply wanted to show people that acquiring a new language can be fun and relatively quick. Throughout the years I saw how, for so many clients, the process was also incredibly EMPOWERING.

MY method
I like to keep language learning light and fun, and I deliver all of my WHITE-GLOVE language services in a genuine, enthusiastic and caring way. Using a unique, non-traditional, no-frills style of coaching that combines cognates and mental images, spaced repetition, and mother tongue mirroring (all within a purely conversational frame), I have developed a more encompassing course that will allow a complete beginner to become conversationally proficient in less than 3 months. My inspiration for developing this approach is a combination of the Pimsleur, Michel Thomas and Berlitz methods.
I believe that the best way to learn a language is to start by getting familiar with its essential elements, practice them in the formation of simple sentences, and then gradually build up to more complex ones. My clients are always amazed to see how quickly and easily they find themselves speaking in a different language!

In a globalized world that elected English as its lingua franca, speaking the language of the tourist destination allows for deeper and more meaningful interactions. I offer lessons to individual travelers, as well as entire families.

I coach actors and actresses in need of perfecting their Italian skills and accents in preparation for a scene. With me artists gain the necessary linguistic tools they need to express themselves while on international tour. I also assist songwriters in translating their original songs.
